what better timing than our function, dba? ang function na buong semester pinlano, pinag-isipan, pinag-handaan, binuhusan ng pagod at hirap, function na siyang source ng stress (and tears?!) for all of us! tapos binagyo? hay.

grabe, sobrang na-tense ako nung sinabi nila mama kagabi na baka daw walang pasok today.. sa isip ko: NO!!!! >>nun lang ata tlgang winish ko na may pasok the next day. ang hirap kasi pag planado na ang lahat, tapos bglang may surprise na ganito. i've said it before, and i'll say it again, i HATE surprises! i'd rather have a boring day with everyhting planned happening than one that's full of surprises.. well,, nde nman ganun ka-extreme, parang ang boring nga namanng ganun.. pero.. :P

so anyway, na-move na nga ang vietnamese function namin ng Oct6.. as if that week is not a hell week already, may function pang madadagdag.

due menu critic report for 104--> nde pa namin nagagawa mismong paper
cocktail recipe submission for 105--> don't have a recipe yet
105 lab. long exam--> differentiate ALL kinds of beverages

tuesday:

109 lab. long exam--> mam parker's exams = never(!) easy
105 lec. long exam--> memorize brands (at least 3) of ALL alcoholic beverages

wednesday: institutional report for 105--> wala pa kaming interview

thursday:

RMS paper for 106--> haven't seen it yet
109 lec. long exam--> dapat ngayon, but no, na-postpone
submission of itenerary for 106--> haven't started on this one yet
preprep for our function--> until 10 or 11pm again?

friday: function day ^-^

Pabilisan 2006

medyo nakaka-guilty kasi i know i didn't do enough for it. parang feeling ko i didn't give my fair share to sharp. i did stay until it was finished pero,, ewan. sana nakapag-invite pa ko ng mga other friends, nakapag-pakalat ng fliers, nakatulong sa pag-ayos ng place, nkapag-invite ng mas mabuti sa apps.. bsta yun. sobrang function mode na kasi eh.. not that it's an excuse pero yun.

masaya naman ang pabilisan, ang daming food ang natake-home hehe. sawang-sawa na pala ako ngayon sa spaghetti. bukas na lang ule yung iba! nakakatuwa din ang mga apps na sobrang laki ng tinulong.. grabe. pati sa mga ibang sharpers na talagang nandun din kahit late na nag-start. medyo nabo-bother lang ako sa mga taong na-disappoint namin, specifically mam parker! ang bait-bait na nga nya to let us work at the niml pero medyo hindi kami nakatupad sa usapan. sad.

nagulat ako at dumating nga ang mga UP players kanina, ang bait nga nila at nag-PABILISAN din sila kahit busog na busog na sila. nanalo ata c David,, siya kasi pinaka-career eh! benta. ang dami pang medyo kahihiyan moments nung nandun sila, pero ayoko nga ikwento! haha.

rest day ng function group namin bukas. :) pero hindi rin siya totally rest day kasi may long exam kami sa 109 (purchasing) sa thursday, so rest na nag-aaral?

may exam ako 2m (hrim 115: managerial acct) and tinatamad talaga akong mag-aral.. medyo nagbasa na ko pero :P blah..

i love sundays. sunday na lang kasi talaga ako at home the whole day lately eh.. hay, buhay na malapit na ang function -->laging nasa CHE! okay lang, kasi masaya naman pero i do miss those times na nagpapaka-bum lang ako sa harap ng tv or comp the whole day. last few weeks na lang kasi ng 1st sem eh, kaya ang DAMI ng ginagawa.. minsan nga hindi ko na rin alam kung san magsisimula.. i can't wait for the sembreak talaga!!!!!

i really need to sleep earlier than my 'bedtime' lately.. ngaun kasi mga 12mn or 1am na talaga ako nakakatulog eh. pansinin nyo, ang laki ng eyebags ko! :P hehe. tapos all througout the day super inaantok. siguro pag mga 10pm or 11pm ako natulog malaking difference na rin yun.. i really need to rest. feel ko hindi ko nababawi pagod ko because of my lack of sleep.

*mag-start na sa 112 final exam.. shux wala pa rin akong book hanggang ngaun
*get 104 lec readings ..lapit na naman exam!

*invite people to the function!

super sweet ng friends ni tina! gumawa sila ng video for her and they went to her house very early in the morning to serve her breakfast and show her the video. aww..

like i said, we worked the whole day today. we managed to finish all our tickets (without pa the boxes) and majority of the tent cards. yey! we were very productive. kahit pagod pa from the last function (kahapon lang pala yun? parang ang dami na nangyari since then..) gogogo pa rin sa work. salamat talaga sa mga tumulong samin kanina: rugie, for his idea on the tent card (ayos! mas effective na, mas madali pang gawin); cyvs, dakilang painter ng flowers sa aming tickets at rachelle, forever tumutulong samin! salamat guys! muwah :*

CT. my kuya's here again in manila! he's been in cebu for the past 2 months working. pinadala siya ng nestle dun to i guess gain experience hehe, nde ko rin masyado alam. :D anyway, sinundo namin siya kanina ni mama and daddy sa airport.. natawa lang ako kasi parang straight from 'love actually' movie ung scene sa airport, without nga lang the iyakan and too much yakapan part. eh sa domestic lang naman kasi kami eh..hehe

natutuwa ako at makakapag-ym na ulit ako! this past week kasi hindi talaga ako maka-log in! ewan ko nga kung bakit eh kaya nagdownload na lang ulit ako and now i'm online, invisible nga lang! hehe.. antok na kasi ako eh, and i want to play cake mania pa :P

yeah, yeah we lost

hehe.. bitter? of course not. we expected it na noh. but it was still fun watching the cheerdance competition live. there's really nothing like it..

after the show, steph, jozy, masol and i headed to gateway to eat. we still haven't had our lunch (and that was around 5pm na) and we were all VERY hungry. so we went to the foodcourt and i bought my pork and garlic (with LOTs of chilli powder) rice toppings at Oody's. then my halo-halo also at Oody's.. sarap din ng halo-halo ng thai, halos same lang dun sa atin pero may mga weird stuff din na dun ko lang natikman. sarap! si jozy naman mabait at bumili ng fries so nag-share kami lahat.. hehe gutom nga eh ;)

the mall was packed (especially the foodcourt, buti na lang we got there a little early so we were able to save some seats)! it's as if everybody who watched the cheerdance at araneta were there (nde namen lol). kaya ang dami ko tuloy nakitang tao.. mga hindi na nakikita tapos nagulat ako nandun. galing ;)

at last, natapos ko na rin 105 paper ko! wuhoo! ang saya! pero there's more to come.. antok na ko.. blah..

^i'm really excited to go to the cheerdance competition tomorrow! i know our routine will not be as good (that's what i've heard anyway) as last year (we should have won) but still i can't wait to see it! i can't wait to shout the UP chants and cheer the UP pep squad on.. hay,, i miss watching the games live talaga.. sabi namin nila jozy, matatanda na talaga kami kasi kahit sa pagpanood sa game nawawalan na rin kami ng time. :P pero hindi talaga namin papalagpasin ang cheerdance! hehe.. go UP pep squad!

Code Red, Code Pink and 'Churva' day

third small function ngayon ng class namin and our group was in charge of housekeeping (read: dishwashing!). hindi ko akalaing magiging masaya siya, akala ko nakakapagod lang all throughout. pero i was pleasantly surprised kasi it was the most fun we had in a function. siguro kasi sa houskeeping lang talaga as a group magwo-work.. most of the time individual eh (dining room and production). washing dishes has never been that fun before! :)

i just finished watching 'in her shoes' kanina and it was a good movie. i think it did the book justice naman. there were a lot of times na i felt like crying! nakaka-touch kasi eh.. ewan ko nga ba bakit ako naapektuhan wala naman akong sister.. eh the movie talks about the relationship between sisters. i guess gusto ko ng sister? hehe. ..or maybe not. masaya rin maging only girl sa family noh. may dalawang taga-alaga.. :P

natapos na officially ang applicant's week kanina.. tapos na executive attire day (well, may 2 pa atang gustong humabol pero may minus points na yun) at faculty serende. sabi ni tina ang lenient ko daw kasi pumayag pa akong i-extend yung serendae up to today. sa akin naman kasi dapat applicant's week talaga yun kaya pumayag na akong hanggang today imbis na kahapon yung deadline. napapaisip tuloy ako kung masyado nga akong lenient sa apps.. hmm.. dbale, kasama naman ang lahat sa grading eh.. dun na lang ako babawi ;) hehe

...pagod na. need to sleep. may papers and report pang gagawin this weekend.. hay. gudnyt! :)
