Yep, ang tagal na rin nito (Feb.13) pero ngayon lang ako ginanahan maggawa ng post about it so.. Let's get to it. =)

The Dessert List

I baked (bake lang, hindi mismong gumawa): the cupcakes, choco chunk snowballs and the choco walnut duo here at home. Sobrang whole day ko kaharap yang mga yan kasi imagine kailangan 400+ cookies (each kind) magawa ko tapos yung cupcakes around 250-300 pcs. So medyo whole day talagang kaharap ko yung oven dba.. hehehe

Feb12, pre-preparation sa bahay nila Cyvs sa Novaliches. Ka-bonding ko almost the whole night and morning si Chef a.k.a. Portia! =) Mga hindi natulog: Cyvs, Jozy, Ate Wean, Tina, Rods, Chef at Dona; mga may tulog sandali (around 2 hours): Inday a.k.a. Jackie and me. ^-^

Hindi man kami magkapatid by blood,,, by heart naman connected. :D Never kami nagkasundo nung una kaming magkakilala. Asar siya sakin, tapos ako hindi ko din siya type. Hanggang sa medyo nag-uusap na kami at bigla kong na-realize na ang dami pala naming things in common . Parehong-pareho kasi kami ng ugali nito eh.. Kaya nagkakaintindihan talaga kami or if not--nag-aaway! hahaha. Pero like they say, yung mga taong special lang sa'yo ang mga taong pinaka-makakaaway mo. Grabe nung grade10, may time na halos araw-araw din yun! lol.

Ngayon hindi na kami nagkikita,, minsan nagte-txt pero hindi rin ganung ka-updated sa buhay ng isa't isa. But the good thing about us is that we don't need to see or hear from each other to know we're still friends. Basta alam niya lang na nandito lang kami for her.. 4ever!

na forever kong katabi sa English nung Grade7...as in kahit magpalit-palit pa ng seats si Mam, hindi pa rin kami naghihiwalay. Coincidence or fate? HAha. May ganun?! Panu ba naman hanggang ngayong college hindi pa rin tayo naghiwalay. Paulit-ulit kong sasabihin na sobrang thankful ako at mgkasama tayo sa mahal nating course na itoh. Kung hindi, hindi natin masha-share ang experience ng functions, series, SHARP, evryday life sa CHE at kung anu-ano pa.

Valentine's Day was okay..mas masaya pa rin yung last year kasi mas maraming happenings. At hindi naman kami kasing ngarag! One year ago may 2 love stories akong na-witness na nagsimula.. aww--Donabel&JP and Patty&Louie. Kakatuwa alalahanin at isipin na one year na pala yun?!.. at ang mga pictures naming itoh??,...

Mas masaya din Vday last year because of a certain (surprising?) text i got from someone..sadly, we really don't communicate anymore. =(

Hay naku,, it is so such! (>>>sabi nga ni Abi hehe) Basta sana wag tayo maging bitter about lurve.. kasi ewan.. maybe because...

Yey! Natapos na rin siya! =)

Natapos na rin finally ang BIG catering report namin kanina. SoooOOOoooo glad that's over cause that's been such a source of stress for the past week! Pero naging okay naman report namin at feeling ko natuwa naman si mam so i'd say it's a success.. all worth it! Pero bago makapag-relax, iispin pa muna ang themed function presentation that's coming up 2 weeks from now. So far we only have a few ideas,, medyo pagod pa rin siguro sa report so hindi makaisip. hehe.

Natuwa naman ako nagustuhan nila yung french onion soup ko.. hehe.. Medyo kinakabahan kasi ako about that,, bouillon cubes lang kasi gamit namin instead of authentic beef stock. Tapos hindi ko na siya na-recipe test because of lack of enough ingredients and time(!). Nasarapan naman daw sila so ang saya! =)

Nag-flambe din kami kanin and i'm so happy umapoy nga siya nung nandun na ako sa harap ng class! Kinakabahan kaya ako na biglang hindi sumindi sa actual demo.

Basta, ang saya ng araw na toh kahit nakakapagod. Hay.. =)

looking at the bright side of things...

I'm feeling better today than I did yesterday.. I just realized the triviality of the things that's getting me down.. There so much more to look forward to than such nonsense (actually). Plus, a frown doesn't really suit me. Nakakapagod maging malungkot noh. Hindi ako sanay! Hahaha.. I am now realizing a lot of things about myself, the people around me (those who are worth keeping, and those who are not) and I guess just life in general.

Here's hoping for the best!
