HRIM 104 - Food Management laboratory class
Pastries na-assign sa group namin, at meringue naman samin ni donabel (my kitchen partner! we're fierce, i'm telling you.. hehe). Masaya namang gumawa ng meringue pero super DAMI lang talaga nya na halos 2 oras na namin siyang kaharap! Ang hirap pa kasi walang piping tube sa NIML.. so ayun, super improvised kmi. Pero i think nagustuhan naman ni mam bunagan yung meringue... well.!!! hehehe :D
Some more foods na kinain namin nung time na yun: cream puffs, different sandwiches, pineapple pie, veg salad, fruit salad, chocolate fondue ..etc -->yup, nang-iinggit lang ako :P
HRIM 105 - Beverage Management laboratory class
The five S's of evaluating wine :).. Nung monday, fortified wines yung topic namin so tinikman namin nun: Sherry, Port and Madeira.. actually, hindi ko sila masyadong type.. i still go for sparkling wines!
Balik AS trip kahapon!
Wala kasi kaming HRIM 106 class lab (1pm-4pm), last class namin 12noon pa, tapos next ay 5:30pm! Kamusta naman ang more than 5 hours na break? So ayun, nagpunta kaming AS nila tina, jozy and tope. Nag-food trip lang kme! Ang tgal-tgal na kasi naming hindi pumupunta dun! Ang daming new faces.. hindi katulad sa CHE, halos lahat kilala na.. hehe. Kakatawa nga eh, kasi parang nung nasa AS kami, nalimutan namin lahat ng problema.. nawala sa isip namin ang function, reports, exams, papers, org stuff etc.. Na de-stressed kahit for a while lang. Galing!
